Have an Egg-cellent Easter!

 

 It is only two days away from Good Friday, so this will be our last day of our Move Well, Eat Well, Think Well program until next week. We will be taking a break to rest, and recharge with our family on our Easter ’Stay-cation’ at home and hope you all do the same.

Next week we will bring a KIDS special for the week with kids exercises and ways to encourage movement, kids recipes, and fun activities to do with the kids at home. Look out for those emails!

 

MOVE WELL

We are so excited to welcome back Tracy who takes us through a beautiful 20 minute yoga session.

Tracy was previously a Vitality team member, gym manager, and Les Mills Body Balance Instructor. Now enjoying the sunny lifestyle in Queensland changing lives through Yoga.

It’s been a few weeks working from home and probably also a few weeks of couch and Netflix time. Do your body a favour and give it a dose of Yoga!
