Fit Boss

A 45-minute circuit-style cardio workout aiming to raise the heart rate and burn calories. Combining plyometric exercises, boxing techniques, and spin bikes to get the maximum impact for maximum results

A high-intensity cardio-focused class guaranteed to make you sweat!

Core to the Floor

Core to the Floor with Tanya Mau, A moderate-intensity class targeting the Core, Glutes, Hips and Thighs!

REV Spin Class

A pre-choreographed spin class rocked by an amazing instructor and soundtrack to keep you motivated and pedalling fast. The terrain includes flats, hills, and breakaways, with variety between each new release. Suitable for all fitness levels, but be prepared to sweat!

HIIT Squad

High-Intensity Interval Training. With the workout changing each session, you will constantly be motivated and challenged in this class.
