WORKING OUT WITH A FRIEND HAS ITS PERKS – AND HERE’S JUST A FEW!

Some of us enjoy the alone time and tranquility that a visit to the gym brings us. It’s our little escape from the day-to-day; a chance to sweat out our daily stresses and shake off that excess energy.  However, studies show that working out with a friend serves up some tangible benefits and a solo session just wouldn’t have the same effect.  So here’s some reasons why you should grab a friend and hit the gym together (rather than the bar!) for your next catch up!

1. Accountability!
