Questions
About short-term access
Yes. Casual, multi-visit, weekly and monthly passes are all usable at both clubs, with no direct debit and nothing ongoing to cancel.
We do, at both Berri and Renmark. They suit people passing through, and anyone who wants to try the place before committing to a membership.
A multi-visit pass is a set number of entries you use within a set window: 5 visits within 3 months, or 10 visits within 6 months. A weekly pass is unlimited access for seven straight days, which works out cheaper if you are training most days.
Yes, and there is no limit on it. A pass works at both clubs for as long as it is valid, so you can train in Berri one day and Renmark the next. Useful if you are moving around the Riverland for work.
Yes. Vitality Vault is included with every membership, short-term and casual pass at no extra cost. You earn points for one gym visit a day, plus up to two class check-ins a day. At 2,000 points a $10 credit is added to your account balance, which you can put towards your next pass or a membership.
They do, the same as a member. Download the app and it opens the door, or use your fob key if you prefer. You can train at any hour at either club. Nothing waits on staffed hours.
Straight away. Sign up online. Download the app and it opens the door, or use your fob key if you prefer. You can walk in, including outside staffed hours.
Of course. Come in during staffed hours and the team will get you set up. Call ahead and we will make sure someone is there.
You don't need to. Short-term passes are paid up front and expire on their own, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that keeps billing.
