A progressive program at Berri for older adults focusing on strength, balance, and endurance. Attend as a non-member with a special pass, or it is included with any standard gym membership.

Questions about joining

There is a 2 months minimum term, and after that you can cancel any time with 14 days' notice. Our upfront memberships expire at the end of their term instead of needing to be cancelled.
Yes. Our 24/7 memberships cover both clubs at no extra charge, and the same key opens both doors. If you choose the Off-Peak plan, you get access to your home club between 9am and 4pm, plus one visit a week to the other club in the same window.
Every class on the timetable is included in every membership. There is no separate class pass, no per-class fee, and no tier that decides whether you get classes or 24/7 access. You get both.
Flexi, Off-Peak and Vitality Junior are billed by direct debit from the account or card you set up when you join, weekly or fortnightly, whichever you choose. The One Year membership and all short-term passes are paid once, up front.
Yes. If you are travelling or away for seasonal work, you can place your membership on hold yourself through the app or the web portal, or talk to the club and we will do it for you. Better than cancelling and rejoining.
Off-Peak covers 9am to 4pm at your home club at a lower rate, plus one visit a week to the other club in the same window. It suits shift workers sleeping in the evening, retirees and anyone training around school hours.
Straight away. Sign up online. Download the app and it opens the door, or use your fob key if you prefer. You can train the same day, including outside staffed hours. Vitality Junior is the one exception, and is signed up in person with a parent or guardian.
